DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Protocol Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown request, the requested content will be removed in compliance with copyright law. In an effort to promote fairness, we may provide the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to the alleged infringer. If your content has been wrongly removed, you have the option to submit a counter-notice that should include: the identification of the content and its previous location, your full name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement under oath asserting that you believe the removal was an error, your agreement to legal proceedings, and your signature. Once a valid counter-notice is submitted, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant initiates legal proceedings.
